- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into technical development pipelines
- Establish competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Future Studies, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Proven track record of developing future-facing product roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic innovations
