Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces) and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused technologies into core business operations
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide technology investment decisions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their implications for organizational strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record leading successful technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards of directors
- Certification in futures thinking or technology strategy (e.g., CFTE, CTS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published research or thought leadership in technology innovation
