Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their commercial applications
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and prototype development
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to drive collaborative innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments with ambiguous challenges
