Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with societal and market trends post-2025
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives in partnership with MIT and Stanford
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government advisory boards
- Manage a $2M R&D budget with 15 cross-disciplinary researchers
- Pioneer sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience in smart cities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years in R&D
- Published research in Nature or Science (2020-2023)
- Experience with quantum algorithms and neural network optimization
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups from concept to IPO
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG standards for tech innovation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Keynote speaker at Web Summit or CES conferences
