Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech fusion) to identify market disruption opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches integrating AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Partner with VC firms to incubate 2026-era startups within our innovation ecosystem
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Author thought leadership papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech
- Coordinate with international R&D labs on metaverse interoperability standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching future-oriented tech products (2019-2023)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning for 2025+ tech landscapes
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Published research on human-computer evolution post-2025
