Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, analyzing convergence of quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging tech trends
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments for disruptive technologies (AGI, bio-integrated interfaces, climate adaptation AI)
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic recommendations at international tech summits and industry whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists on foresight methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or equivalent tier publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on digital transformation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Sociology
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of tech adoption curves (2018-2023)
