Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating disruptive innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through executive briefings
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author white papers on technology ethics and sustainable innovation frameworks
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of technology scouts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
