Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 3-5 year strategic foresight
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and industry experts
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technology development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expert knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
