Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight frameworks identifying disruptive trends and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 milestones
- Partner with product and engineering to integrate emerging technologies into scalable solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps and market analyses to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an ecosystem of industry experts, academia, and innovation partners
- Drive R&D investments in high-impact areas like quantum AI and carbon-neutral tech
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-level teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
