Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons and quarterly execution milestones
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Build and maintain a horizon-scanning framework for continuous trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to connect abstract concepts to business outcomes
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environments
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
