Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, neurotech, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate emerging threats and opportunities in AI ethics, biotechnology, and spatial computing
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technological disruption scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and human augmentation systems
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, blockchain, and neurotechnology landscapes
- Proven track record developing AI governance frameworks and ethical guidelines
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certifications in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human augmentation
