Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision scenarios
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnerships for ecosystem expansion
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on technology futures
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Advise R&D teams on next-generation product development timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
