Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging quantum and biotech trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop patent-pending human-AI symbiosis systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-gen engineers in exponential technology adoption
- Drive commercialization of lab-scale breakthroughs to market-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in quantum/AI leadership roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent expertise)
- Proven track record scaling R&D from concept to $100M+ revenue products
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent impact
- Experience securing federal grants exceeding $10M
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing APIs
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 tech executives
