Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruption opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital to identify acquisition targets in emerging tech sectors
- Host future-tech symposia with industry leaders and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technology trends
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical AI governance
- Experience scaling teams for rapid technology adoption cycles
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
