Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No Experience Needed: We welcome applicants with no prior warehouse or logistics experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Basic Math: Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, and counting tasks accurately.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
