Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently handle merchandise and materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock in the warehouse, ensuring accurate counts and proper placement.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Packing & Labeling: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and labeling systems.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality and a strong work ethic with the ability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work varying shifts to accommodate business needs.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass a background check.
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
