Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Package Preparation: Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse machinery (forklift, conveyor belts) after basic training.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English skills required to follow instructions and communicate with team members.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid identification for I-9 verification.
