Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Assembly: Participate in the assembly of products according to established quality standards and blueprints.
- Inventory Management: Assist in counting stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform heavy physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
