Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics into core product development cycles.
- Establish a comprehensive framework for Future Tech Ethics, ensuring responsible innovation and compliance.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives and financial targets.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D initiatives and pilot programs.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategic planners.
- Conduct market research to anticipate shifts in the global technology landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or Product Leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-forward products or initiatives at scale.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast market trends.
- Experience in managing large budgets and cross-functional teams.
