Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics into core business processes.
- Future-Proofing: Identify and assess disruptive technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Web3) to ensure organizational resilience.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performance team of strategists and technical leads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to drive innovation initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to forecast industry changes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT leadership, or a similar executive role.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think beyond the current quarter and plan for the long-term (5-10 year horizon).
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, and Data Science.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA preferred.
