Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap, specifically focusing on innovations expected to define 2026.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Oversee the migration to next-generation cloud architectures and edge computing solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Manage a budget of over $5M and mentor senior engineering leaders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive capacity.
- Proven track record of defining technology strategies for future markets (e.g., AI, Web3, IoT).
- Deep expertise in scalable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
