Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with immediate tactical wins.
- Lead the integration of AI and Machine Learning solutions to drive predictive analytics and automation.
- Oversee the migration to Cloud-Native Architecture and edge computing to ensure scalability.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Quantum Readiness) for potential implementation.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence across all departments.
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate tech vision into business strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, CTO, or similar executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and navigating complex digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Cloud Computing.
- Experience leading teams through the transition to the post-2025 digital era.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
