Responsibilities
- Define the Horizon: Spearhead the development of the 2026-2030 Strategic Vision, translating abstract future trends into concrete business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global socio-economic, technological, and regulatory shifts to identify high-value opportunities and disruptive threats.
- Innovation Roadmapping: Design and manage cross-functional innovation roadmaps that align with the Horizon 2026 strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Scenario Planning: Lead scenario planning exercises to prepare the organization for multiple potential future states.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, futurists, and industry disruptors to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of strategic planning experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to think beyond current market constraints and envision transformative business models.
- Data Fluency: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and driving organizational change.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and inspire diverse audiences.
