Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient assistance with daily activities and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare support or caregiving experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for diverse populations
- Reliable transportation for multiple NYC locations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Background check and health clearance required
