Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient support including vital sign monitoring and specimen collection
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical documentation and administrative tasks
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas following OSHA standards
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure timely appointment transitions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CNA or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
