Responsibilities
- Assist medical staff with patient care tasks including vital signs and preparation procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and properly sterilize medical equipment
- Accurately document patient information and update electronic health records
- Provide direct patient support during examinations and treatment procedures
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and restock as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced settings
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Pass background check and drug screening
