Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support in clinical environments
- Assist with daily living activities and mobilityMaintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teamsAdminister basic medications under supervision
- Transport patients between facilities safely
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- State CNA or HHA certification preferred
- 6+ months healthcare support experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Valid Missouri driver's license required
