Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machinery and robotic systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Collaborate with engineering team for process optimization
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs in CMMS systems
- Train junior technicians on safety protocols
- Ensure OSHA compliance in all operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years industrial machinery maintenance experience
- Valid EPA 608 certification required
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell)
- Strong diagnostic skills with hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Associate degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Forklift and crane certifications preferred
