Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Assist with daily living activities and patient hygiene
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop care plans
- Educate patients on health management and discharge instructions
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience
- BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
