Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive Sales: Proactively suggest add-on sales and assist in reaching daily and weekly sales targets.
- Operate POS Systems: Efficiently process transactions, handle cash, and manage digital payments with accuracy.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow employees to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for safety hazards and report any suspicious activity to management.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices for POS transactions.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Availability: Must be able to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
