Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests across front desk, concierge, and dining operations
- Process check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems while maintaining accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with personalized solutions
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests for weddings and corporate functions
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all guest areas
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance hospitality skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish fluency highly valued)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Basic knowledge of Miami attractions, transportation, and local culture
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
