Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest services in hotel lobbies, dining areas, and recreational facilities
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Maintain clean and organized public spaces following health standards
- Support event setup and break-down for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic cash register transactions accurately
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
