Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced restaurant/bar environment
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Nevada Alcohol Awareness Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
