Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced restaurant/bar environments
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Prepare and serve food/beverages while maintaining hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and stock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Uphold company safety and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol (if applicable)
