Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service in high-volume restaurant setting
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Prepare and maintain clean dining areas according to health standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong customer service orientation with positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
