Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at resort pools, lounges, and event spaces
- Process food/beverage orders and operate POS systems efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following health/safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Nevada alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
