Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests in dining, recreation, and front desk areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain clean and organized guest spaces and common areas
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling payments
