Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests across multiple departments
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with daily operational tasks including inventory management and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety standards and resort policies during all operations
- Support event setup and breakdown for on-site activities and functions
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
