Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale: Operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately.
- Merchandising: Organize shelves, restock inventory, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operational Support: Help manage store layout, rotate stock, and ensure pricing accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to meet daily sales goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
