Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational tasks efficiently and accurately as assigned by the site supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Operate machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all quality control standards and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Complete required paperwork, time sheets, and inventory checks accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients or internal stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the location.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.
