Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently and handling cash with 100% integrity.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas organized, clean, and well-stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer questions regarding inventory, promotions, and product details.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to maintain a professional and inviting store appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high-energy atmosphere.
- Handle minor customer service issues and escalate complex matters to the store manager immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
