As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Communicate product features, promotions, and store policies to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
