Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain secure cash drawer procedures
- Prepare and serve food/beverages according to established standards
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and cash handling accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
