Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, sort, and store merchandise to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards and is labeled correctly.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before leaving the warehouse.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A basic education credential is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Forklift Certification: Must possess or be willing to obtain forklift certification.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to verify data and maintain accuracy in inventory records.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
