Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload products onto trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify inventory using scanning technology.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare customer orders for shipment by gathering and packing products.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
