Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks to ensure timely delivery schedules are met.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping or receiving issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, uniform, and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
