Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and ship orders according to quality standards
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
