- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all data is current and compliant with privacy standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
