Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling times and quality scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred but not required).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
