Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a steady stream of customer calls and emails regarding products, services, and account status with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems efficiently, escalating only when necessary to ensure a seamless resolution.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, and comments within our Salesforce CRM system.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and service requests while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Billing, Tech Support) to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Feedback Collection: Actively listen to customer feedback and relay key insights to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a dynamic work environment.
